Call Manager Express Files

Hi David

What files are required apart from IOS on CME
When we look at example manual the basic.tar file is specified...but this doesn't come

Do I need to load all of the files from the cme-124-11Xja.zip archive???
And what does basic.tar do ??
Thanks
